Currently, we have confirmed some occurrences where customers who have madereservations to ”Hakone Ashinoko HANAORI(located in Hakone, Kanagawa)” via Booking.com received unintended e-mails, which may lead to external sites not related to Booking.com and our hotel.
Booking.com and our hotel never request personal information such as ID number, credit card information from customers via email or other means.
