Notice on Maintenance Close of All Facilities

Thank you for your continued patronage to Hakone Ashinoko Hananori.
Please be noted that all of our facilities will be closed from Tuesday January 14, 2025 to Thursday January 23, 2025 for maintenance work.

The entire building will be closed from Tuesday, January 14, 2025, after check-out of all guests, till Thursday, January 23, 2025.
As for our shuttle bus service on Tuesday January 14, 2025, only the 10:00am shuttle from the hotel will be available.
The hotel will open from 12:00 noon on Friday, January 24, 2025.

Reservations will be accepted during the above period.
Business hours: 9:00-17:00
Please note that, on January 15, telephone can be connected after 13:00 due to power outage.
